Not much for the money. Unfriendly staff. Dirty room with sparse furnishings. Would not stay here again.

Clean room, supportive staff. Very nice terrace.

Not that good location as expected. Despite booking a room with a bathroom, got one outside the room (at least it was only for us and they made a discount for this situation). Breakfast w/o cheese, tomato and other staff like most of others at Italy.

We discoverry Florenze. Location is the best. 5 minute to Duomo and other historian attractions. Nice terace on the top of the roof.

My wife and I enjoyed to location. The apartment upstairs had a great lanai view of the Duomo and the city itself, which was amazing. You could enjoy and smoke and bottle of wine and even dinner on the lanai. The flat was well in range of great places to eat, shopping, and very close to major sites of the city. The staff were very helpful, and energetic. They spoke fairly good english and answered any questions you had for them.

Would recommend for a short layover

Charming rooms, fine views, with a fantastic rooftop terrace that offers amazing sights and a comfortable bed that provided a good night's sleep. Plus, it's conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the train station.

Nothing not to love.

Perfect I love it I will stay there again , the location very good near the station and in the center ,the breakfast very good its open , you can drink juice, water eat whever you want, the stuff very nice too

No elevator its in the third floor

Air conditioning got very noisy even when we turned it off,had a mind of its own

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, when it comes to fixing the internet connection. Also thoughtful, telephoned me in advance to make sure I was on my way. Fantastic view over Florence from the little roof terrace!

Many stairs to get up to the hotel floor - expecially with heavy luggage. The area around the hotel could be perceived as a bit seedy, especially at night. But so is every area reasonably close to a major railway station.

close to key sights and charming local eateries

I loved that I could walk to the Ponte Vecchio and the bustling Mercato Centrale in just a few minutes were great. The cozy feel of the bed and breakfast, paired with beautiful views of the Duomo from the rooftop during breakfast.

Location very well placed nearby Central Market. The rooftop terrace is one of the nicest places in downtown Florence. Staff is very welcome, helpful and professional (room was serviced every day!), my room was fanstastic and a good size (something rare in Italy), beautifully designed and A/C helped to keep the heat at bay. Would definitely come back though due to a lot of steps to climb you better be fit, travel light and do not suffer from vertigo.

Brilliant experience there. Clean luxurious accommodation with magnificent location close to the markets and attentive staff. Good breakfast with cheese and several assorted bread, for example offered in an elegant atmosphere. Location not far from the main train station, the center of the town and many of the main attractions...

Friendly staff.

The advertised 24/7 front desk service was nonexistent as we arrived only to find no one available to help after check-in. This was compounded by a severe shortage of basic amenities like toilet paper and room supplies. It was nearly impossible to find anyone to assist us, and our messages via WhatsApp were ignored.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, room is cozy and clean, and good location.

The hotel is on the forth floor with no lift, to drag big luggage is kind of heavy work to girls.

The breakfast is particularly nice, and the location is excellent right by the attractions, the centre of Firenze and great restaurants and bars. The employees are all amazingly nice: D
